NVTT is proud of its staff. Our chauffeurs are consummate professionals who know that their overriding goal is customer satisfaction – whether the service they are providing entails a winery tour, a special event, transportation for a day, afternoon or evening, or transportation site to site.
Our chauffeurs are provided classes in wine education, given by the head of Marketing and Sales for a local winery, and prior to employment are themselves taken on wine tours to acquaint them with both the better-known and lesser-known wineries of the valley, as well as the wine valley experience from the customer’s perspective.
Knowledgeable of the area – the wineries, restaurants, hotels, spas, and the hidden out-of-the-way places often overlooked by the casual tourist – your driver is your chauffeur and tour guide in one.
